Investor Guide

حرصت وزارة الاستثمار بالحكومة الليبية على إعداد دليل المستثمر بطريقة عملية ومبسطة، حيث تم توضيح الإجراءات في خمس خطوات سهلة وسريعة تُمكّن المستثمر من بدء معاملاته الاستثمارية بكل وضوح ويسر. ويهدف هذا الدليل إلى توفير تجربة سلسة تعكس التزام الوزارة بدعم الاستثمارات المحلية والأجنبية وتعزيز بيئة الأعمال في ليبيا.

The Libyan government's Ministry of Investment has carefully prepared a practical and simplified investor guide. The procedures are explained in five easy and quick steps, enabling investors to begin their investment transactions with clarity and ease. This guide aims to provide a seamless experience, reflecting the ministry's commitment to supporting local and foreign investments and enhancing the business environment in Libya.

1- إنشاء حساب مستثمر جديد عبر الموقع الرسمي للوزارة. 1- Create a new investor account through the Ministry's official website.

2- الاطلاع على القانون واللائحة وكذلك الإعفاءات المخصصة للاستثمار. 2- Reviewing the laws and regulations as well as the exemptions allocated for investment.

3- مراجعة المستندات المطلوبة قبل البدء بعملية التقديم الإلكتروني. 3- Review the required documents before starting the online application process.

4- تعبئة نموذج الاستثمار ورفع المستندات أو زيارة مكتب الوزارة. 4- Fill out the investment form and upload the documents or visit the Ministry’s office.

5- متابعة حالة الطلب المرسل من تبويب حساب المستثمر . 5- Follow up the status of the submitted request from the investor account tab.

المستندات المطلوبة

Required Documents

طلب استثمار موجه إلى وزارة الاستثمار.

Investment application addressed to the Ministry of Investment.

نسخة من جواز السفر أو السجل التجاري (للمستثمر المحلي/الأجنبي).

A copy of the passport or commercial register (for local/foreign investor).

دراسة جدوى اقتصادية للمشروع.

Economic feasibility study for the project.

خطة التمويل (رأس المال ومصادره).

Financing plan (capital and its sources).

مصدر التمويل.

Source of funding.

مستندات الملكية أو عقد الإيجار للأرض/الموقع (إن كان محددًا مسبقًا).

Ownership documents or lease for the land/location (if previously identified).
