وزارة الاستثمار الليبية بالحكومة الليبية هي الجهة المسؤولة لتعزيز بيئة الاستثمار في ليبيا من خلال تطوير السياسات والتشريعات التي تشجع الاستثمارات المحلية والدولية. كما تسعى الوزارة إلى تسهيل الإجراءات الاستثمارية وتوفير بيئة قانونية شفافة وآمنة للمستثمرين، وتعمل على تعزيز التنسيق بين القطاعين العام والخاص ، وذلك من خلال تقديم الدعم الفني والإرشادي للمستثمرين، بهدف تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة وخلق فرص عمل ونقل التقنيات المستحدثة والجديدة في مختلف القطاعات.

The Libyan Ministry of Investment is responsible for enhancing the investment environment in Libya by developing policies and legislation that encourage local and international investment. The Ministry also seeks to facilitate investment procedures and provide a transparent and secure legal environment for investors. It also works to enhance coordination between the public and private sectors under the PPP framework by providing technical and advisory support to investors, with the goal of achieving sustainable economic development, creating job opportunities, and transferring innovative and new technologies across various sectors.

They provide a legal framework that guarantees investors’ rights and defines their obligations, thereby helping to create a transparent and secure investment climate. These legislations aim to attract both local and international investments, simplify procedures, and ensure fairness and equality among all parties. In addition, investment laws safeguard intellectual property and modern technologies, Which enhances market competitiveness and promotes innovation.
